Every project begins with expert-level artwork prep and mockup generation. Our in-house designers digitize embroidery files, separate screen print layers, and format DTF and signage graphics to perfection. Nothing moves forward without your full approval on a detailed digital proof.

Using top-tier equipment—Tajima embroidery heads, automatic screen print presses, large-format Roland printers, and DTF hot peel systems—we calibrate each machine specifically to your job specs. This ensures pinpoint alignment, color accuracy, and flawless registration.

From thread tension to ink opacity, every production run is monitored in real time. Our tech-integrated workflow includes barcode job tracking, real-time press monitoring, and physical checkpoints at every phase to catch issues before they leave the shop.
